William Mills, M&A Advisory Services Lead, Burnt Oak Partners UK&I. William has led many different engagements both in outsourcing and M&A and is at the leading edge of thought leadership on next generation services and contracting. He has held VP and senior positions in HP, Wipro, Atos, HPE and DXC. His great understanding of the current changes in outsourcing combined with a passion for customer centricity provides a unique viewpoint that will act as a catalyst in future engagements. In his role at Burnt Oak Partners he will focus on the continued growth for advisory services within the M&A segment.
Mike Worrall, Vendor Advisory Services Lead, Burnt Oak Partners UK&I. Mike has worked globally in the IT industry for 38 years holding senior positions in Business Development, Sales, Capability, Delivery and Geographic leadership. He has held SVP and senior roles in GM, EDS, IBM, Logica/CGI, HPE and DXC working across EMEA, Asia and Latin America leading organisations and client global Accounts. His passion is to create result-oriented business to IT supplier relationships that are sustainable, leveraging industry innovation to deliver measurable business value. This includes complex digital business process transformations involving full IT scope and BPO/BPS that span multi supplier ecosystems. In his role at Burnt Oak Partners he will focus on the continued growth for advisory services within the Vendor segment.
