Burnt Oak Partners was invited to suggest cost-savings to the board, delivering bottom-line results. We came up with a realistic sourcing strategy, focusing on maximizing the benefits of the existing outsourcing contracts, including refinancing some of the assets. Key activities included transferring European back office activities to a Shared Service Center sourced from a third party through a Transformational Outsourcing, and reviewing the project portfolio and contractors. This delivered short and medium term results, both quantitative (savings) as well as qualitative (service improvements).
