MATS IS AN EXPERERIENCED EXECUTIVE with a background of operational leadership roles in the Tech industry. His focus is in mergers & acquisitions, strategy, operational and corporate development and change leadership. He has a global outlook and insight from experience and his roles include leadership positions in corporate development, M&A, strategy, sales and supply management. He has held positions in the ICT industry but also worked in corporate finance in an advisory role to corporate clients and as a management consultant. Recent projects include the areas of Tech, Consulting, Public Sector and B2B manufacturing industry.
Mats joined Ericsson, where he managed change projects in restructuring the supply chain and took a leadership position as a head of factory, driving change in that organisation. He worked with the expansion of Ericsson Global Services and sales development. Also, as responsible for the business development in professional services through M&A and partnering. In that role he ran many acquisition projects across the globe from strategy development and deal sourcing to negotiations, DD and post-merger integration.
After Ericsson, Mats worked at listed communication-platform-as-a-service leader Sinch during its rapid expansion, both organically and through M&A. He now advises clients in strategy, business development, growth and corporate development, both acquisitions and divestments.
