Håkan Redtzer is a senior consultant with over 30 years of experience in IT, telecom, and pharmaceuticals, specializing in sales, presales, service delivery, portfolio management and P&L responsibilities.
Over the past 14 years, he has held senior leadership roles at Fujitsu, including member of the Swedish and Nordic Management Teams and the European Delivery Leadership Team, where he played a key role in developing the strategic direction of Fujitsu’s business in the market.
Prior to his tenure at Fujitsu, Håkan worked in global strategy and architecture roles at AstraZeneca, where he played a key role in aligning technology with business objectives. He also contributed to the renewal of a major outsourcing contract for a global pharmaceutical giant.
His expertise extends across designing IT outsourcing contracts, managing global service lines, turning around underperforming P&L units, and developing telecom and internet businesses.
