Annette is a senior executive and strategic transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience in global leadership roles, including Group CIO, VP Group IT, and CEO, as well as senior positions in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Sourcing.
Most recently, she served as Group CIO at Saab for over six years during a period of strong growth, accelerated digitalisation, and large-scale transformation. She led the evolution of IT into a strategic, value-creating enabler of the business, driving IT strategy and strategic sourcing through cross-functional teams to increase speed, scalability and business responsiveness. She strengthened governance, security, and information management capabilities to support long-term resilience in a complex and highly regulated environment.
Prior to Saab, Annette held multiple executive roles at CGI/Logica/WM-data with full P&L responsibility, combining operational leadership with business development and complex client engagements across multiple industries. She led major business deals and long-term outsourcing agreements, integrating commercial strategy with delivery excellence. Her cross-sector experience has given her a deep understanding of how technology strategy, sourcing models, operating structures, and governance must align to drive sustainable business value.
She holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
