Andre is an experienced leader with over 30 years experience within the ICT sector, driving strategic change and growth across multiple domains. Since 2020 he served in the position of CEO at Broad Horizon Solutions and Focus Enterprise Solutions, both specialized ERP implementation and maintenance organizations. Prior to that, Andre held senior management positions at Capgemini as VP Head of Sales Cloud Infrastructure Services and at IBM as Executive Partner, running the cloud application migration business for IBM Benelux.
From 2007 till 2017, Andre worked for Atos as VP Global Strategic Sales Engagements where he was responsible for the successful closing of more than 15 large outsourcing deals, before taking on the role of VP Head of Technology Transformation Services in The Benelux. He worked closely together with several members of Burnt Oak Partners in this period.
Before joining Atos, Andre held positions at Chordiant Software (currently Pega Systems), Microsoft and Capgemini, where he started his career in 1994.
Over the years, Andre built an extensive track record in managing (international) organizations and departments, and leading complex programs, transformations, integrations and sourcing engagements. He was actively involved in multiple M&A projects. His area of expertise spans digitization, cloud, AI, ERP, outsourcing, transition & transformation, IT Infrastructure and systems integration.
In 2025, he joined Burnt Oak Partners as Senior Associate, supporting customers with their challenges around Merger & Acquisition programs, sourcing programs and executive recruitment.
Andre is married and has 3 children. He holds BSc degrees in Information Analysis, Information Auditing and Office Automation. More recently, he followed leadership courses at HEC Paris and Insead. In his spare time, he enjoys several sports, especially Tai-Chi, sailing and skiing.
