Münich based Trivium is a leading provider of end-to-end consulting, software development and Industrial IoT solutions. Dutch based Sycade is a software development firm specializing in Cloud solutions, Industrial IoT and Machine Vision with a focus on the Microsoft stack. This synergic combination will provide unique and innovative digital solutions for current and new customers in the Benelux, Germany, Switzerland and the rest of Europe.
Initially BurntOak Benelux acted as an M&A broker for Trivium, selecting potential acquisition candidates in the Benelux. During the following phases the BurntOak team coordinated and managed the M&A process up to the successful completion early June 2024.
