Anders Svensson

OVER THE YEARS ANDERS has held several senior leadership positions both in
Business Development/Sales & Marketing and Delivery, mainly within WM-data,
Logica and lastly CGI Sweden. For three years in the mid-nineties, Anders upheld a
role as VP Business Development Sweden at EDS.

With his long experience in successfully established outsourcing engagements
Anders has been instrumental in building up WM-data/Logica’s outsourcing business
in the Nordic region with his involvement in numerous successfully completed
outsourcing transactions both in the private as well as public sector. Anders has also
had the responsibility for a number of M&A transactions and JV setups, leading
WM-data’s initiative to create a “Nordic Computer Centre” which resulted in the
setup of NCM (Nordic Computer Management) together with DMdata in Denmark in
2002. Anders has also carried out several assignments as Non-Executive Director on
the Board of Directors in companies listed on the Swedish Stock Exchange, with
activities within the Security/IT/Online Gaming industry sectors. He has also
participated in various Senior Advisory networks in the outsourcing industry.

Anders has more than 30 years’ of experience in successful outsourcing
engagements and M&A transactions both directly and indirectly through his team
leadership and coaching skills. With his deep understanding of what really matters
and works for a long lasting sustainable relationship, together with his extensive
professional network and knowledge of the different cultural aspects within the
Nordic region, he is a valuable asset for Burnt Oak Partners and its Clients in the
Nordic market.
