William has worked at a senior level in the outsourcing industry for 20 years. He recently joined from DXC bringing his in depth experience of suppliers reinforced by his Masters in Business Change. His understanding of the current changes in outsourcing combined with a passion for customer centricity provides a unique viewpoint that will act as a catalyst in sourcing engagements
Prior to moving into advisory consulting, William has held VP and senior positions in HP, Wipro, Atos, HPE and DXC where he successfully concluded innovative transactions ranging from €50m to over €1Bn in size.. He will bring multi country and sector experience focussed on customer business outcomes that deliver bottom line growth.
William has led many different engagements both in outsourcing and M&A and is at the leading edge of thought leadership on next generation services and contracting. As we enter an extended period of Digital Transformation, his experience in business change will enhance traditional sourcing methods with more effective methods of creating and retaining value in the transaction.
As the author of numerous strategic engagement guides, William has expertise in every stage of the sourcing cycle from inception, through selection and negotiation to transition and transformation. His insights into the value chain bring Effective business outcomes for customers whilst improving sales performance.
William is highly skilled practioner for interventions and recovery. Contracts, programmes and relationships often fail and he has direct experience of turning around Red situations, and implementing back to Green measures.
