With a solid background in IT and technology, Mats has held management positions within marketing, communications, business development and strategy for companies such as WM-data, Logica and most recently Interxion.
His experience from ERP solutions, business intelligence, application and infrastructure management combined with a deep understanding of the co-location and data centre industry creates a good foundation to analyse give valuable strategic input in how to navigate in the IT and data centre market. Mats has worked both with sales and marketing in the industry for 20 years, co-ordinating a number of large outsourcing deals for data centre as a service, infrastructure and application management. He has also been involved in several business cases and evaluated a number of options regarding large data centre projects, potential acquisitions and industry related investments in the Nordic market.
Through his roles, he has also had the benefit of working closely with several of the most well-known and influential companies in the IT, on-line, software, network and carrier industries in strategic partnerships, infrastructure solutions and customer projects.
Mats holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the University of Stockholm.
